How it works
You keep doing the work. We handle the carbon side.
Many operators are already creating a climate benefit without being paid for it. Turning that into a credit takes documents, instruments, auditors and buyers. We fund and run all of it.
Six steps, start to payment.
You join at no cost
There is no enrolment fee and no consulting bill. We carry the cost of getting the programme approved because we are paid out of the credits, not out of your pocket.
We check whether you qualify
A short eligibility review against the published rulebook: the right activity, the right region, and records good enough to stand up to an audit.
You report what you do
Production figures, well records or recovered volumes, sent on a regular cycle through one simple system. That is your entire obligation.
We build and defend the file
We write the method, calculate the tonnes, prepare the evidence and take it through independent validation and, usually once a year, verification.
The registry issues the credits
An independent registry mints one credit per verified tonne into the programme's account. Their rules decide what is issued — not ours, and not yours.
We sell, and you are paid a published share
We market and sell the credits to buyers, and distribute the agreed share of the proceeds. Everyone in the programme is on the same terms.
Two ways to work with us.
Both get the same team and the same standard of evidence.
Join a programme
For operators already doing the work.
Biochar production in Canada or the United States, well plugging in Alberta, or log recovery on the BC coast. Nothing to pay, one rulebook, one reporting cycle.
Bring us a project
For larger programmes needing early funding.
A substantial programme already in motion that needs seed funding for carbon development, plus technical and commercial expertise to get it to issuance.
Three commitments, in plain words.
An estimate is never presented as a credit.
We raise money only against tonnes that can be defined, shown to be additional and eventually verified by an independent registry. Puro.earth and the International Carbon Registry decide what is issued. We do not.
Everyone sees the same terms.
One published share of credit sales for every participant in a programme. No private side agreements. If a term is not in the rulebook, it does not exist.
The assets sit in a dedicated company.
Credits, registry accounts and contracts live in the programme's own legal entity, separate from the firm, so participants and buyers know exactly where the asset sits.
